Each client workspace has its own drafts, connected accounts, credits and members.

1. Add the client workspace

Create a new SocialIt profile for a new client, or link a profile you already have. Use one option.

Moves their login access from one client to another. Drafts and credits stay in the original workspace.

Client approval

Required by default for client workspaces. A Client approves the exact post before it is sent. Edits require approval again. Studio Admin can change this setting.

AI settings

Choose how this client pays for AI captions and images. This choice applies to everyone in this workspace.

Ask the client to provide a dedicated project key privately with a spending limit. It is encrypted on the server and never shown again. OpenAI bills the key owner directly.

    Studio Admin can add credits to a client workspace in this Preview. Existing credits stay in place. The amount and reason are recorded in the activity log.

    Create a one-time code for a specific client workspace. Credits are added only when that workspace redeems it. Codes work only in this Preview.

    PayMongo test checkout

    For QR Ph tests, use PayMongo’s test simulator. Do not scan or pay a QR code; it can process a real payment.

    Connect a PayMongo test secret key and a test webhook signing secret. They are encrypted on the server and never shown again. Live payments remain off.

    In PayMongo Test Mode, create a webhook for checkout_session.payment.paid and paste its signing secret here. Webhook URL:

    Recent test purchases

    A checkout return is not payment confirmation. The signed PayMongo webhook marks an order paid and adds its credits. Use this list to compare orders with credited events.

    Turn your idea into a short video

    1. Describe your idea in Step 1 and generate editable captions.
    2. Generate scene images or upload your own photos.
    3. Choose the shape and optional music, then create and review the video.

    OpenAI creates the images and captions. Social Studio adds movement and transitions to the still images. Up to 30 seconds; video assembly adds no generation credits.

    Example using platform credits: new captions + 3 planned images = 17 credits and a 9-second clip. Reusing existing images adds no image-generation charge.

    Animate your images

    Your gallery images are included automatically. Add extra photos only if needed. Each image lasts 3 seconds; 10 images make a 30-second video. Your headline appears on the video.

    Approved music

    Listen first, then add a track to your Reel or uploaded clip. Music credit is added to the caption when you attach the video.

    Open track source and download

    Download the approved track from its source page first. Uploads are available to signed-in Social Studio users.

    MP3, WAV or M4A · up to 20 MB. The track loops if it is shorter than the Reel. Use audio you have permission to post.

    Creates a video in your browser. Keep this tab open while it renders. No additional API key or generation charge is needed.

    Add music to your saved video

    Open a saved video or attach one above, then choose music. Review the mixed video before replacing the draft clip. Keep this tab open during rendering.

    MP3, WAV or M4A · up to 20 MB. Use music you have permission to post.

    Your saved video stays unchanged until you save the reviewed music mix.

    Preparing a video transfers it to SocialIt’s media library for platform checks; it does not create or publish a post.
